Tailgating

It's officially football season, which means lots of tailgating and football watching parties...at least that's what it means for us!! Here are a few ideas for keeping your tailgate points-friendly:
-bring your own grill items:
Hebrew national makes a great low fat hot dog for only 1 point each
Season lean ground turkey or chicken patty--whole foods has some great Marinades in the meat section. If you load up on the seasoning, you can skip the bun!
Seafood burgers--my sis-in-law found these great prepared seafood burgers at whole foods. They have patties like cilantro lime shrimp, mahi, and salmon. Great flavors!!

-bring your own dip:
Here's an idea that looks great and you can pair with celery to keep points low!
